Interview with a Prince II is the third chapter of the Oushitsu Kyoushi Heine manga.
Plot[]
After finishing the first interview with Leonhard, Heine meets with the third prince, Bruno, in his room. Heine admired Bruno's room and how organized the stuff in it. Heine went straight to the point and asked Bruno to take a test, Bruno quickly agreed, which surprised Heine after seeing Leonhard's rejection earlier. But Bruno interrupted him and said that he will test Heine instead because he wanted to see his capability as a royal tutor despite never attending any college, and he questioned why is Heine so short. He boasts that he never meet any royal tutor that are smarter than him. Bruno invites Heine to a game of chess because he feels he can see his opponent's intelligence level, way of thinking, and personality from their moves. Bruno also warns Heine that he never lost before. Heine accepted and he is determined to beat him for calling him short before.
Bruno takes out his chess board but got irritated because the chess board is full of dust and he won't start playing until the board is clean. Heine is impatient and he takes the chess board from him and demands to start playing now. After a round of chess, Heine wins, to Bruno's shock. Bruno won't give up and decides to use test him with something else. They have a arithmetic test, instrument play-off, and poker but Heine easily ace all of them. Overwhelmed, Bruno then challenge Heine to finish 100 super hard questions in several subject. Heine finished it in just few seconds with correct answer and he even noticed a spelling mistake made by Bruno. Bruno falls down in despair that there's someone who can beat him, despite spending most of his live studying and muses that he never wanted to lose to anyone.
Heine then noticed Bruno's thesis and take a look at it. Heine begins to perfectly analyze and understand one of his theses. He's overcome with respect and the realization that he finally met someone who can give him useful guidance, begins to call Heine "master" and he accept his defeat. Heine deduces that Bruno may have wanted to finally meet someone he can call "teacher" by pulling that hard tests. Heine tries to dissuade him from calling him "master" but Bruno won't listen. Licht suddenly barges in Bruno's room and carries Heine with him to run away, to Bruno's anger. Heine's quite worried that Bruno will be a pain for him.
